Sarah Jane Shiels

Sarah Jane is a light­ing designer, whose inter­est in light began as a mem­ber of Dublin Youth Theatre.

She col­lab­o­rates with a diverse range of com­pa­nies, work­ing in the­atre, dance, opera and installation.

She has a BA in Drama and The­atre Stud­ies and a M.Sc in Inter­ac­tive Dig­i­tal Media from Trin­ity Col­lege Dublin. She was a par­tic­i­pant on the Rough Magic Seeds pro­gramme and co-​founder of Will­Fredd The­atre and the Irish Soci­ety of Per­for­mance Design­ers.
